Fruit so unique, that’s because it’s hand-picked fresh, then hand graded, hand packed and then delivered immediately to your door. No warehousing for us, our inventory is hanging on the tree soaking up the warm Florida sunshine. Our citrus harvest begins in November and runs through June.

Hale Groves is located in Vero Beach, Florida, where citrus grows best, right in the heart of the Indian River region, known as the premier growing region in the world. That’s where our sandy soil, ample water, warm temperatures and sunny climate all work their special magic to produce thin skinned, juice filled tropical citrus.

The freshest, sweetest most flavorful citrus that’s only days off the tree - citrus most people won’t experience unless they can walk outside and pick it themselves. Once we determine our citrus is at its peak freshness, it’s picked then packed in Hales sturdy Orange box, then immediately sent on its way to you and your gift recipients in climate controlled trucks, guaranteed to arrive fresh.

Founded in 1947 by Steve and Polly Hale who offered fine products in their small fruit stand on US1, Hale Groves has grown up quite a bit. We’re now acknowledged as being a leader in Florida’s gift fruit industry, a national company shipping Florida’s best varieties of Oranges, Grapefruit, Honeybells, Tangerines, specialty fruit and other gourmet products throughout the United States and Canada.
