INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups ripe mango pulp pressed through sieve
1 cup orange juice
¼ cup grated orange zest
½ cup lemon juice
½ cup sugar
3 cups water
PREPARATION
Combine sugar, water and orange zest and bring to boiling point. Cool, add mango pulp and fruit juice. Chill and pour over cracked ice before serving.
YIELD: 6 servings
