teaspoon salt<br \/>  1\/8 teaspoon cinnamon<br \/>  Butter or margarine<br \/>  Orange sections<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900\">PREPARATION<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Prepare 1 recipe orange Crepes*; set aside.<br \/>  In small bowl, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, orange, salt and cinnamon; mix well.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Place 2 heaping tablespoons cheese filling in center of browned side of each crepe.&nbsp; Fold over from both sides, then from top and bottom to form a small envelope.&nbsp; Repeat until all cr&ecirc;pes and filling have been used.<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: small\">Melt butter in skillet, brown blintzes on both sides.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">To Serve, arrange blintzes on serving dish, pour Orange Sauce** in center and garnish with <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: 10pt\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.halegroves.com\/fruit-varieties\/c\/ft_1001_\/\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">orange sections<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">*<strong>Orange Crepes<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">2 eggs, beaten<br \/>  &frac12; cup Florida orange juice<br \/>  1\/3 cup water<br \/>  &frac34; cup flour<br \/>  1 tablespoon oil<br \/>  1 teaspoon sugar<br \/>  &frac12; teaspoon grated orange peel<br \/>  &frac14; teaspoon salt<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">In small bowl, beat eggs, orange juice, water, flour, oil, sugar, orange peel and salt until batter is smooth.<\/span><\/span>&nbsp; <span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Cook on hot, greased, 6-inch skillet, using about 2 tablespoons batter for each crepe.&nbsp; Tilt pan quickly to spread batter evenly.&nbsp; Brown on one side only; stack, browned side up, between pieces of waxed paper.&nbsp; Repeat until all batter is used.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">**<strong>Orange Sauce<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">3 tablespoons sugar<br \/>  1 tablespoon cornstarch<br \/>  1\/8 teaspoon salt<br \/>  2\/3 cup Florida orange juice<br \/>  1\/3 cup sour cream<br \/>  2 Florida oranges, peeled and sectioned<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">In small saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.&nbsp; Gradually stir in orange juice; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to boiling.<\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Cool slightly.&nbsp;
