cup flour<br \/>  3 tablespoons baking powder<br \/>  1 pinch salt<br \/>  1\/3 cup sugar<br \/>  &frac12; cup vegetable oil<br \/>  6 egg yolks<br \/>  1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple<br \/>  2 tablespoon lemon juice<br \/>  6 egg whites<br \/>  1 pinch cream of tartar<br \/>  &frac12; cup sugar<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900\">PREPARATION<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">In a mixer or food processor sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.&nbsp; Blend in oil, egg yolks, and pineapple and lemon juice.&nbsp; Mix well.&nbsp; In a separate bowl beat egg whites, cream of tartar, sugar until very stiff.&nbsp; Fold the cake mix into the egg white mixture, stir until well blended.&nbsp; Pour the mixture into an ungreased 10&rdquo; tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.&nbsp; Remove from oven and cool upside down on rack.&nbsp; When cooled remove to serving plate.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><strong>Filling<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">&frac12; cup water<br \/>  1 &frac12; tablespoon cornstarch<br \/>  1\/3 cup sugar<br \/>  2 tablespoons white rum<br \/>  1 cup chopped <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: 10pt\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.halegroves.com\/honeybells\/c\/ft_1001_17\/\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">strawberries<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Stir cornstarch into the cold water and heat gently in saucepan until it starts to thicken.&nbsp; Stir in the sugar and rum.&nbsp; Beat until smooth and shiny.&nbsp; Stir in the chopped strawberries.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><strong>Icing<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">&frac12; cup butter<br \/>  1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese<br \/>  1 teaspoon vanilla extract<br \/>  1 pound confectioners&rsquo; sugar<br \/>  Milk<br \/>  1 medium sweet red grapefruit<br \/>  Fresh flowers (rose petals-or violets)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">In a food processor combine butter, cream cheese, vanilla and confectioners&rsquo; sugar.&nbsp; Process to a smooth spreadable paste.&nbsp; Adjust the texture with a little milk if necessary.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">To assemble:&nbsp;
