Add &frac34; cup grapefruit juice. Stir over low heat 3 minutes, or until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in remaining 2 cups grapefruit juice and liqueur. Pour into a 9 inch square metal pan; cover, place in freezer. When almost frozen, scrape into a chilled mixing bowl or container of food processor. Beat until smooth but still icy. Return to pan; cover; freeze until firm. Repeat procedure one more time. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">To serve, cut grapefruit in half; loosen sections with a knife.
