Add orange juice, chicken broth, and basil. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add cauliflower and ham. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes more or until pasta and vegetables are tender.
