Fresh peaches baked until warm and tender with maple syrup, brown sugar and cinnamon\u2026serve with ice cream, whipped cream, drizzled caramel or fresh out of the oven!<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3 fresh, very ripe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.halegroves.com\/orchard-fresh-peaches\/p\/9412\/\">Hale Groves Orchard Fresh Peaches<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup OR honey<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp. brandy OR bourbon, optional<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp. light brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. pure vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tsp. kosher salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Directions:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 Lightly coat a 9&#8243;x9&#8243; baking dish with nonstick spray. Arrange peaches cut side up in the dish.<\/li>\n<li>In a medium mixing bowl, stir together oil, maple syrup or honey, brandy, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Spoon mixture over peaches, filling the centers and letting it run over sides.<\/li>\n<li>Bake peaches, uncovered, until through and fork-tender (about 30 minutes).
