Pepper Jack cheese, shredded<\/p>\n<p>4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled<\/p>\n<p><em>For the dressing:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00bc c. mayonnaise<\/p>\n<p>1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp. Parmesan cheese, grated<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp. garlic powder<\/p>\n<p>? tsp. pepper<\/p>\n<p>2-3 Tbsp. milk<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Directions:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><em>For the salad<\/em>: In a large bowl, combine lettuce and kale. Top with pears, cheese and bacon.<\/li>\n<li><em>For the dressing<\/em>: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and pepper.
