Easy to make and super-satisfying, this light yet filling dish will soon be a breakfast favorite!<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.halegroves.com\/ruby-red-grapefruit\/p\/rubyredgrapefruit\/\">1 Hale Groves Ruby Red Grapefruit<\/a>, sectioned, peel reserved<\/p>\n<p>2 Tbsp. fresh, flat-leaf parsley leaves<\/p>\n<p>4 Castelvetrano olives, smashed and pitted<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc tsp. fresh thyme, chopped<\/p>\n<p>1\u00bd Tbsp. labneh cream cheese<\/p>\n<p>1 crusty sourdough bread slice with seeds, toasted<\/p>\n<p>6 anchovy fillets<\/p>\n<p>1 hard-boiled egg, quartered<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc tsp. flaky sea salt<\/p>\n<p>Chili flakes in oil<\/p>\n<h3>Directions:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Fold together grapefruit segments, chopped parsley and thyme, olives, and olive oil in a small bowl. Squeeze grapefruit peel over olive-grapefruit salad.<\/li>\n<li>Spread labneh over toasted bread slice; top with olive-grapefruit salad, anchovy fillets, and egg.
