This recipe uses Hale Groves\u2019 own Petite Florida Peaches, which are harvested in late winter. Even better, this healthy, all-natural recipe makes a great breakfast or elegant dessert. Treat yourself to a taste of summer early!<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.halegroves.com\/florida-peaches\/p\/floridapeaches\/\">6 Hale Groves Petite Florida Peaches<\/a>, sliced (about 4 c.)<\/p>\n<p>1 Tbsp. cornstarch<\/p>\n<p>1 Tbsp. lemon juice<\/p>\n<p>1 c. old fashioned rolled oats<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd c. pecans or almonds, chopped<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd c. almond flour<\/p>\n<p>\u2153 c. maple syrup<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc c. coconut oil, melted<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. vanilla<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp. cinnamon<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc tsp. sea salt<\/p>\n<h3>Directions:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F. Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. Add peaches and combine with cornstarch and lemon juice. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a medium bowl, stir together oats, pecans, almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and sea salt. Spoon over peaches, gently pressing mixture down using back of spoon.<\/li>\n<li>Bake until fruit is bubbling and tender or until topping has hardened and turned golden brown (about 30 minutes).
