This is the recipe for you: sweet chutney made with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.halegroves.com\/florida-peaches\/p\/floridapeaches\/\">Hale Groves Florida Peaches<\/a>, gooey goat cheese, spicy jalape\u00f1os and savory bacon add a summery taste to your grilled burgers that everyone will love!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\u00bd lbs. ground sirloin<\/p>\n<p>2 Tbsp. pickled jalape\u00f1o peppers, chopped<\/p>\n<p>2 Tbsp. pickled jalape\u00f1o pepper juice<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. kosher salt<\/p>\n<p>6 thick bacon slices<\/p>\n<p>1 small sweet onion, sliced<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd c. peach chutney<\/p>\n<p>4 ounces goat cheese, softened<\/p>\n<p>6 hamburger buns, toasted<\/p>\n<p>1 medium peach, sliced<\/p>\n<p>Fresh basil leaves<\/p>\n<h3>Directions:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat. Combine ground sirloin, peppers, pepper juice, and salt and gently shape into six 4-inch patties.<\/li>\n<li>Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp (about 8 minutes). Remove and drain on paper towels. Reserve 2 tablespoons of bacon drippings in skillet; increase heat to medium-high, and saut\u00e9 onion until tender (about 6 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in chutney.<\/li>\n<li>Grill patties with grill lid closed until beef is no longer pink in center (about 4 to 5 minutes each side).
