We use the same high standards for our chocolates that we set for our citrus.  Our caramels are copper kettle-cooked to perfection, using fresh whipping cream and real butter then drenched in rich dark chocolate and sprinkled with sea salt.  A delicious melding of flavors and a perfect indulgence.  We pack 28 of these beauties into our exclusively designed tins.
