How do I join the Hale Groves Affiliate Program?

What is your commission rate?
We are offering a minimum 3% commission on all sales, excluding shipping and handling, declined credit cards and customer cancelations.

When and how do I get paid?
You earn a minimum 3% commission on all sales and will be paid by check on a monthly basis when total earned commissions are greater than $25. If total monthly commissions are less than $25, your commissions are carried over until the following month.

How do I get your affiliate links?
Affiliate links can be obtained through CJ.

Can I link to your site from more than one site?
As long as the Basic Guidelines for Approval criteria is met, you may place links on any site.

How do I update my contact information?
Your contact information may be maintained within the CJ System.

Do you set a cookie so I can get credit if someone comes back?
We set a 30 day cookie to ensure that your referrals are properly credited.

Guidelines for Approval
We encourage all interested sites to apply to our program. Below please find our approval criteria:

  • Site is aesthetically pleasing.
  • Site navigation is clear and easy.
  • Site does not promote or provide links to sexually explicit or pornographic materials of any kind.
  • Site does not promote bigotry, discrimination, racism, hatred or violence in any manner.
  • Site does not promote or provide links to gambling, gaming or casino sites.
  • Site does not in any way promote or provide instructional information regarding illegal activities.
  • Site does not include "HaleGroves", "HaleGroves.com" or variations thereof in its domain name, URL or meta tags.
  • Site does not promote acts of copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property infringement.
  • Site does not conduct or promote raffles or contests that require any type of entry fee.
  • Site is not under construction or publicly inaccessible.
  • Site does not use, promote or otherwise endorse SPAM(Unsolicited Commercial Email) as a method of marketing.
  • Site is not otherwise offensive as determined solely by HaleGroves.com.

These are only general guidelines, and we reserve the right to make exceptions.
