A low calorie grapefruit will give you all the energy you need to get through to lunch without snacking on high calorie or high fat snacks. You also will get a natural burst of energy that won’t result in a sugar crash halfway through the morning. Eating a grapefruit in the afternoon will give you the focus and concentration you need to get through until the end of the day. Grapefruit also has an enzyme that tells your body it’s time to turn fat, so while you are working or driving the kids to practice or running errands your body will be burning fat without you having to do anything extra. Eating grapefruit and other citrus fruits is an easy way to get healthy.
