With favorable weather, we’re really encouraged by the progress of our temple crop. Early testing shows exceptionally high brix, consistently achieving 13 plus brix. We are beginning to see color breaking, and expect the recent cooler weather to help deliver temple’s famously deep orange color! Sizing will likely trend more similar to the past few seasons, and exterior and interior quality should be quite good.

Temple crop should be ready to harvest as early as next week.
