INGREDIENTS
2 Ruby red Florida grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
¼ cup cinnamon-flavored schnapps
4 thin slices angel food cake
2 tablespoons chopped pistachio nuts
PREPARATION
In small bowl combine grapefruit sections and schnapps. Cover.
Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
Arrange cake slices on individual serving plates. Spoon grapefruit
sections and schnapps over cake; sprinkle with pistachio nuts.
YIELD: 4 servings. 165 calories per serving.
