Bartlett Pear Martini Recipe
Prep Time: 45 minutes for puree / 5 Minutes for drink

Bartlett Pear Puree
3 Hale Groves Bartlett Pears, peeled, halved, and cored
6 teaspoons Honey
1 teaspoon brown sugar (optional)

Preheat oven to 350F. Place peeled, halved, and cored Bartlett Pears on a cookie sheet with the cored side up. Drizzle each Bartlett Pear half with 1 teaspoon of honey. Bake Bartlett Pear halves at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes, until soft. Remove from oven and allow to cool to room temperature. Place cooked Bartlett Pears into a food processor, add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar (optional), and blend until creamy. You may wish to add up to a tablespoon of water to create a smoother puree. Refrigerate in an airtight container until use.

Bartlett Pear Martini Ingredients
2 ounces Pear Vodka (Such as Grey Goose La Poire, Absolut Pears, or other)
2 Ounces Riesling Wine
1 Tablespoon Bartlett Pear Puree
Thinly sliced Bartlett Pear for garnish

Bartlett Pear Martini Preparation
Add vodka, Riesling wine, and Bartlett Pear Puree to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake well for about ten seconds. Strain into martini glass. Float a single, thin, Hale Groves Bartlett Pear slice on the drink surface and serve.
