INGREDIENTS
2 Hale grapefruit
½ cup whole cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon cloves
¼ teaspoon salt
1 whole chicken, cut up
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
PREPARATION
Cut and section grapefruit, squeezing all remaining juice from shells into saucepan. Add cranberry sauce, honey, cloves, and salt. Mix well and bring to a boil. Stir in grapefruit sections. Brown chicken in butter in fry pan, then place in shallow baking dish. Baste with some of the grapefruit mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes, basting frequently. Serve chicken with remaining grapefruit sauce.
