INGREDIENTS
juice of 1 large lime
juice of 1 small Hale grapefruit
juice of 1 medium lemon
juice of 1 medium Hale orange
1/2 cup superfine sugar (granulated sugar
may be substituted)
3 cups crushed ice
PREPARATION
Combine the juices. (They should make approximately 1 cup of liquid.) Place the juices and the other ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth. The frappe´ will keep in freezer for an hour or so.
YIELD: two 10 ounce servings. Preparation time: 5 minutes.
