INGREDIENTS

1 cup Hale grapefruit juice
¾ cup light rum
1 large banana, peeled, cut in chunks
3 tablespoons canned cream of coconut
2 cups ice cubes
Hale Orange slices and maraschino cherries for garnish, if desired

PREPARATION

Combine all ingredients in a blender.  Cover.  Process until mixture is slushy.  Add ½ to 1 cup more ice, if necessary.  Serve immediately in tall glasses.  Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry, if desired.

YIELD: 3 servings.
