INGREDIENTS
1 whole chicken
1 Florida grapefruit or 2 Florida oranges
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
PREPARATION
• Squeeze fresh Florida grapefruit or orange over chicken
• Place grapefruit or orange halves inside chicken, then season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
• Roast at 400 degrees F. Cook chicken 15 minutes per pound until fully cooked
