Tangerine Smoothies, Meal Replacements, and Calories
Can a tangerine be used as a major part of a meal replacement shake? Yes, it most definitely can. Does that mean you should consume a number of tangerine shakes throughout the day exclusively? They confuse the smoothie or shake with a traditional liquid such as water, tea, or even soda. Remember, a smoothie includes liquefied food.
