Tangerine Cake -An easy way to make a delicious tangerine cake is to use a store bought cake mix. Make the mix with the juice of some freshly squeezed honey tangerines instead of water, and add in a few tablespoons of grated tangerine peel to the final mixture. Bake according to the directions on the package and frost with an easy glaze made by boiling together tangerine juice and sugar until it’s congealed into syrup.
