New Year’s Eve is a holiday that is all about the food and drink offered, and Honeybells can help your drinks stand out. You can use Honeybell juice to create deliciously refreshing signature cocktails and punches, and you can make non alcoholic drinks that anyone not imbibing on New Year’s Eve, or kids, will love to drink. It’s always a good idea to offer a mixture of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks at a New Year’s Eve party so here are some great party punches and cocktails you can make this year using delicious Honeybells, oranges, and other citrus fruits:

Champagne Punch – This simple punch is a must at any New Year’s Eve gathering. Don’t keep the champagne just for midnight, let your guests sip this delicious punch all night and then raise a glass at midnight to toast in the New Year. To make this easy punch mix some strawberries, fruit punch, Honeybell juice, lemon juice, sugar, and ginger ale in a punch bowl. Mix in a couple of bottles of high quality champagne. Stir and chill. Garnish with some Honeybell peel and lemon slices. You can also make a Honeybell Champagne sorbet by mixing Honeybell juice with a simple syrup and then adding champagne and placing it in the freezer. The alcohol will keep it from freezing but it will nice and cold. Then you can place the sorbet in the punch bowl to keep the punch chilled as it sits out for the guests.

Flirtini – This deliciously light cocktail is perfect a New Year’s eve party and makes a great signature drink when you use Honeybells or another distinctive fruit to make it. Just mix high quality vodka and high quality champagne with pineapple juice and Honeybell juice. You can rim the glass with sugar if you want to make it a little bit sweeter. Add Honeybell slices or candied Honeybell peels as a garnish.
Simple New Year’s Eve Punch – This is a great non alcoholic drink for kids and others who won’t be drinking during the party. Fill an ice cube tray with super sweet Honeybell juice. Then take the Honeybells and slice them up for garnishes. Use more Honeybell juice, combined with grapefruit juice, to make the punch by mixing it with a lemon lime soda in a punch bowl. When the Honeybell juice ice cubes are frozen place them in the punch. As they melt they will chill the punch and release a burst of concentrated citrus flavor.
