Grapefruit Ambrosia Recipe

INGREDIENTS
 
3 cups Hale orange sections
2 cups Hale grapefruit sections
1 cup flaked coconut, toasted
½ cup slivered almonds, toasted
 
PREPARATION
 
In a large bowl toss together orange and grapefruit sections, coconut and almonds. Serve in grapefruit or orange shells and garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
 
YIELD: 6 cups.
