Grapefruit and Orange Juice Recipe

Vibrant, refreshing and delicious, this blend of fresh-squeezed citrus juices is a flavorful addition way to brighten your morning. More nutritious and cost-effective than store-bought juice, this citrus blend is also far more delicious and just the right balance of sweet and tart flavors thanks to premium, sweet and tangy Hale Groves Citrus. Ginger root adds a kick of heat and acts as a detoxifying agent.

Note: While Grove Navels work well in this recipe, we recommend using Valencia Oranges if not using immediately as the juice of the Valencia stays sweet longer when stored. We recommend preparing this citrus juice blend in a juicer.

  1. Peel and chop grapefruit, orange, lemon and ginger into small pieces and press through your juicer a little at a time. Strain through a fine mesh sieve and serve immediately (garnished with a sprig of rosemary or thyme) or store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. Makes about 4 cups.
