Grapefruit Revenge Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Hale grapefruit
½ cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
4 teaspoons brown sugar

PREPARATIONS

Cut grapefruit in half, remove core.  Cut around each section to loosen.  Combine yogurt and cardamom; mix well.  Place 2 tablespoons yogurt mixture on each half; sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sugar.  Arrange grapefruit in shallow baking pan.  Broil 4 inches below source of heat for 4 minutes, until top is brown and bubbly.  Serve immediately. 

YIELD:  4 servings. 80 calories per serving.
