INGREDIENTS
2 small peaches, peeled and thinly sliced, or 1 cup frozen sliced peaches, thawed
2 Hale grapefruit, halved, sections loosened
1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup fresh raspberries or fresh sliced strawberries
PREPARATION
Arrange peach slices on each grapefruit half. Spoon one tablespoon yogurt over
peach slices; garnish with raspberries.
YIELD: 4 servings.
