INGREDIENTS
Crust
1 ½ cups graham cracker
1/3 cup powdered sugar
½ cup butter
Make crust, put in pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
Pie Fillings
½ package orange Jello
½ cup sugar
Juice and rind of small Hale orange
½ cup boiling water
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
½ cup powdered sugar
PREPARATION
Dissolve Jello in ½ cup boiling water. Cook 4 egg yolks, ½ cup sugar, juice and rind from small orange until custard like. Add Jell-O mixture and cool. Whip 4 egg whites, add in ½ cup powdered sugar and pinch of salt. When Jello mixture is cool and smooth, but not thick, fold in whipped egg whites and pour in cool pie shell. Refrigerate to set.
