INGREDIENTS
1 can (20 ounce) pineapple chunks (in juice), undrained
½ teaspoon orange peel, grated
½ cup orange juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
PREPARATION
Combine pineapple, ½ cup orange juice and 1 teaspoon orange peel with remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly until sauce boils and thickens. Cool.
