The old-fashioned Moscow mule cocktail gets a sweet-tart twist with fresh grapefruit! Using a sprig of fresh rosemary in place of a swizzle stick adds to the seasonal feel of this special winter cocktail. (Note: you can use real Jamaican ginger ale in place of the ginger bear for a sweeter taste.)
Ingredients:
½ Hale Groves Grapefruit, juiced
2 oz. vodka
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
3 oz. chilled ginger beer
1 sprig fresh rosemary
Directions:
Fill a copper mug (this is the traditional way to serve a Moscow mule) or tall glass with ice; add vodka, grapefruit juice, and lime juice; stir to combine. Garnish with a slice of fresh grapefruit and a sprig of fresh rosemary and serve.
