INGREDIENTS
4 Hale oranges
1 cup strawberries
1 cup honeydew balls
Fresh mint leaves (optional)
PREPARATION
Pencil semi-circles around orange, 1/3 of the way down from stem end. Insert a small knife into the core of the fruit and trace along the penciled line. Do not push the knife in more than halfway. To separate, gently pull apart. With sharp knife, carefully cut fruit from inside shell; section fruit. Combine orange sections, strawberries and honeydew. Spoon into hollowed orange shells. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
YIELD: 4 servings.
