INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups Florida grapefruit juice
1 ½ cups bottled white grape juice
2 teaspoons finely chopped preserved ginger in syrup
1 tablespoon syrup from preserved ginger
3 Florida grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
1 cup red seedless grapes
1 cup green seedless grapes
PREPARATION
In compote or glass dessert bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover. Chill until ready to serve.
YIELD: 6 servings.
