In the weeks leading up to harvest, our farmers are out in the orchards every day, inspecting the trees and sampling the fruit—looking closely at size, color, and ripeness, and of course, tasting them too. That’s how we know exactly when the cherries have reached their peak. The moment the timing is just right, harvest begins at sunrise. Picking early means the fruit is cool and firm, preserving the exceptional quality we’re known for.

Each cherry is carefully hand-picked—not shaken, not rushed—because it’s the only way to protect the delicate skin and preserve the rich, juicy flavor inside. This hands-on approach may take more time, but it’s how we ensure every cherry that leaves our grove tastes like summer at its best. We’re just a couple weeks away from shipping, and from what we’re seeing on the trees, this season is shaping up to be one of the most flavorful yet.
