Mix a bottle of high quality champagne and a cup or so of vodka with the juice of several Honeybells and some very well chopped crystallized ginger. You can also add some ginger ale to bring out the ginger flavor. You can use a flavored vodka, such as an orange vodka, if you want. You can also use a Honeybell Ginger sorbet placed in the punch bowl to chill the punch and add a concentrated flavor boost throughout the night. The Honeybells will give the punch a rich citrus flavor that plays perfectly off the ginger and the champagne. Your friends and family will love this punch.
Orange Blossom Punch – Using Honeybells in this traditional punch gives is a unique flavor that really brings out the citrus taste. Mix several cups of fresh Honeybell juice with some Cointreu, brandy and champagne. Pour in some sparkling water or ginger ale and use some sliced Honeybells or candied Honeybell peel as a garnish.
