Baked Hale Groves Orchard Fresh Peaches

If you have extra peaches to use up, here’s a perfect way of to do it: this simple, yet decadent dessert lets the star ingredient – Orchard Fresh Peaches from Hale Groves – shine! Fresh peaches baked until warm and tender with maple syrup, brown sugar and cinnamon…serve with ice cream, whipped cream, drizzled caramel or fresh out of the oven!


3 fresh, very ripe Hale Groves Orchard Fresh Peaches

2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup OR honey

1 Tbsp. brandy OR bourbon, optional

1 Tbsp. light brown sugar

1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

1 tsp. cinnamon

¼ tsp. kosher salt


  • Preheat oven to 350° Lightly coat a 9″x9″ baking dish with nonstick spray. Arrange peaches cut side up in the dish.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, stir together oil, maple syrup or honey, brandy, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Spoon mixture over peaches, filling the centers and letting it run over sides.
  • Bake peaches, uncovered, until through and fork-tender (about 30 minutes). Serve warm, topped with vanilla ice cream, heavy cream, etc. as desired.
