Chicken Breasts Piquant Recipe

3 broiler fryer breasts, halved
1 tablespoon salad oil
½ cup Hale grapefruit juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried leaf tarragon
¾ teaspoon paprika
Place halved breasts, skin side down, in shallow foil lined baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; brush over chicken. Bake in 375 degrees oven 45 to 50 minutes, turning after first 25 minutes and brushing occasionally with sauce. 
YIELD: 6 servings.
