Grilled Peaches with Sweetened Cr?me Fraiche Recipe

Serves 8.

8 Peaches
4 Tbs. Unsalted Butter, melted
2 Tbs. Brown Sugar

METHOD:
Clean grill well. Preheat to medium-low. Halve and pit peaches; brush both sides with melted butter. Place peaches on grill, cut side down. Cover grill and cook until peaches are charred and softened, about 5 minutes per side. During last two minutes of cooking, when peaches are cut side up, and sprinkle lightly with brown sugar. Remove to plate and serve with sweetened cr?me fraiche.

How to make Sweetened Cr?me Fraiche

? Cup Cr?me Fraiche
1 Tbs. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Orange Zest, grated
? tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tbs. Amaretto Liquor or 1/8 tsp. Almond Extract
1 Cup Amaretti Cookies, crushed

METHOD:
In small bowl, whisk together the cr?me fraiche, brown sugar, orange zest, cinnamon and Amaretto liquor or almond extract. Spoon over peaches, sprinkle with crushed amaretti cookies. Serve immediately.
