2 Hale Groves South Florida Mangos, peeled, seeded, and cubed
¼ c. sugar
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1?½ c. half-and-half
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Cover, and process until smooth and creamy. Serve chilled.
