A rich, creamy smoothie with the fresh, summery flavor of juicy, Hale Groves Sweet Georgia Peaches and no added sugar…what could be better? This easy-to-make smoothie is ready in five minutes and an excellent way to use up your fresh peaches. You can even use it with frozen peaches! Refreshing and flavorful, it’s as nutritious as it is delicious. Use regular milk (whole, 2% or skim), almond milk, or coconut milk for a dairy-free version.

Ingredients:

3 Hale Groves Sweet Georgia Peaches, fresh or frozen, pits removed
1 c. ice cubes
½ c. milk

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend together for about ten seconds until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
