Hale Groves South Florida Mango Smoothie

Start your day with a flavorful, refreshing fruit smoothie! This healthy, tropical treat is delicious for breakfast, but also serves as an afternoon snack or frosty dessert.

Ingredients:

3 c. Hale Groves South Florida Mangos, chopped

½ banana, cut into chunks

½ c. water

½ c. milk (can substitute non-dairy milk)

5 ice cubes

1 Tbsp. lemon juice, fresh squeezed

Directions:

Reserving one cup of mango, add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add find cup of mango and blend again until smooth. Enjoy!
