INGREDIENTS
3 cups Vidalia onions (may need more)
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup bisquick
1 cup grated cheese (any cheese you like)
PREPARATION
Cut Vidalia onions into rings and separate. Butter pie dish (10 inch). Pile onions in dish to the top. In bowl mix and beat well, eggs, milk and bisquick. Pour over onions. Then sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 350F about 45 minutes till set.
