The Empress plum tree is a very productive crop that bears a tasty, large, blue/violet fruit. This season we expect this delicious fruit to be firm, sweet, and juicy! The warm days and cool nights are promoting their color maturity and size. In the next month their sugar content will grow drastically and they will be ready for the fruit bowl before we know it. We look forward to an incredible season!
