1 Hale Groves Pear

1½ c. almond milk, unsweetened

1 c. baby spinach, packed

2 Tbsp. chia seeds

¼ tsp. fresh ginger, peeled and minced

1 Tbsp. maple syrup


  • Whisk together almond milk with chia seeds; refrigerate 10 minutes while chia seeds gel.
  • Add remaining ingredients to a high-powered blender. Whisk chilled chia/milk mixture, add to blender and blend until completely smooth (about 2-3 minutes). Serve immediately.
