INGREDIENTS
6 Granny Smith Apples, peeled and diced
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
3 Hale Navel oranges, peeled and sectioned
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons grated orange rind
PREPARATION
Place apples, oranges, cinnamon, nutmeg, grated orange rind and brown sugar in large saucepan. Barely cover with orange juice (from the peeled and sectioned oranges) and water. Cook over low heat until apples are softened. Remove from heat and stir well before serving.
