Cool and refreshing and bursting with flavor thanks to fresh summer berries, this oatmeal dish is a great way to start the day! Prepare it the night before to start your day faster and easier.
1-1/3 c. old-fashioned oats
¾ c. fat-free milk
¾ c. reduced-fat plain yogurt
¼ c. honey
1 c. Hale Groves Sweet Mountain Bing Cherries, pitted
1 c. fresh blueberries
½ c. walnuts, chopped and toasted
In a small bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt and honey and cover. Refrigerate overnight. Serve topped with cherries, blueberries and walnuts and enjoy.
