- 1 oz. dry gin
- 1 oz. Campari
- 1 oz. vermouth
- 1 Hale Groves navel orange
- Cut the Hale Groves Navel Orange in half and squeeze out 1 ounce of juice. Use a cocktail shaker and fill halfway with ice. Add gin, Campari, orange juice, and vermouth. Using a long-handled spoon stir the concoction for 20-30 seconds then strain into a chilled glass over fresh ice. Next, cut a 3-inch by ?-inch piece of orange peel while avoiding the pith to create the orange twist garnish. Press the peel to release the citrus oil then run it around the rim of the glass. Drop the peel into the drink then serve.
