Orange Champagne Punch

Expecting guests on New Year’s Eve? Wow them with this fresh and fruity concoction! A perfect way to usher in the new year, this delicious punch contains a sparkling combination of champagne plus orange, pineapple, and strawberry flavors for added zing. The recipe below makes a half gallon of punch, but it can easily be doubled. Make it up to 2 hours ahead of time to ensure your party goes off without a hitch!


1 Grove Orange, sliced

1 c. fresh or frozen strawberries, pureed

2 c. pineapple chunks

4 sprigs fresh mint, plus more for garnish

1½ oz. brandy

1½ oz. triple sec

750 ml sparkling wine or champagne, chilled

4 c. ginger ale, chilled


  • In a large pitcher, add strawberry puree, pineapple chunks, orange slices and mint.
  • Top with brandy, triple sec and champagne or sparkling wine.
  • Add ginger ale and mix well.
  • Serve in champagne flutes or wine glasses, garnish with fresh mint.
