Ingredients:
¾ c. juice from Hale Groves Valencia Oranges
¾ c. granulated sugar
1 c. milk, chilled
5 oz. can evaporated milk, chilled
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix sugar with juice, stirring until sugar is completely dissolved. Gradually stir in milk until fully incorporated and mixture is homogeneous. Transfer to a shallow dish and store in freezer until firm. Remove from refrigerator, break into small chunks, and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip evaporated milk until stiff. Fold into frozen mixture and return to freezer to chill thoroughly before serving.
