Sweet, savory, and delicious, this sweet and tangy twist on traditional guacamole, made with South Florida Mangos, is so amazing you’ll have to stop yourself from eating it all in one sitting! Ingredients:

1 Hale Groves South Florida Mango, peeled, pitted, and chopped
3 large avocados, peeled and pitted
1 can of sweet corn (or at least 2 corn cobs boiled)
1 small red onion, chopped
1 lime, juiced
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions:

Boil corn until mostly cooked through. If cooking fresh corn on the cob, boil for 10 minutes then blanch in cold water. (until cool enough to handle) Cut off corn from the cob and set to the side. Mash avocados in a medium sized bowl until lumpy. Mix in South Florida Mangos, corn, onion, lime juice, garlic, salt, and cilantro. Serve with chips.
